I was there for work, yet there was no access to the internet from my room throughout my stay. This caused real inconvenience. Had to use my roaming at my own cost for online meetings etc Hotel staff said they could not do anything about it. Did not expect such poor service and facilities.

A nice hotel in poppelsdorf right next to some great restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. The onsite parking is very limited though and the underground part extremely tight. Not to be recommended for larger cars. Lots of alternative parking nearby.

Lovely hotel and great location for exploring Bonn. Great to have a secure car park under the hotel with direct access to the hotel via a lift. Lots of places to eat nearby. Good range of food for breakfast. Bit worried being over the motorway but no noise with the window closed.

Really great location and if you want a good burger go the kebab shop next to the bus stop when coming from town.Staff are really friendly but room service not so great but could be language barrier.House keeping rushed cleaning of the room, although when we arrived it was spotless. Only one English channel BBC news..no English subtitles available. Bakery across the road and a few cafes cheaper than the 15 euro breakfast offered at hotel I would definitely stay again but maybe without the boys.

Hotel staff is kind, clean and comfort room, nice is restaurants near by. The hotel bar is closed arround 21 o'clock, I think it is too early.
