The room is comfortable and fits the description, great staff.

It is close to the city center. Although I didn’t book the room with breakfast, I could buy a coffee directly at the hotel. The employees were super kind and even kept my luggage for me for two hours after I checked out.

The room was not warm enough but acceptable, and the toilet was simply cold. The rooms hygiene could have been better (there was a spider web on the corner, and some stains in the shower)

for your room. to be cleaned you have to request and this information was not made clear at check in. There was a card in room with details of how to request for room cleaning with a QR code...all seem complicated for someone who is not techno survey. Please just make it simple

Disappointing stay with financial surprises

Location of the hotel is great.

My stay was marred by unexpected charges and poor value. Most concerningly, I was charged the city tax twice—once during booking and again at check-in. Furthermore, the on-site parking was more expensive than nearby alternatives, despite being mostly empty. The room felt quite small for the price, and the breakfast was a letdown. It was a very basic offering, not justifying its high cost under the "continental" label. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations for the price point.

It's worth the money

Was clean, the okay for a short stay. The staff were nice. Good showers.. at the end was worth the price. There’s bus stops really close.

The walls are thin, so when they talk in the hallway you can hear everything. There's no kettle to heat water. It’s far from the centre, but you have bus stops.

The quality is not good enough as ibis in many aspects. But location is great.

The breakfast is ok, but the location is great. Some staffs are great.

It was ibis before, and the breakfast had more variety when it was still ibis. Now, the breakfast is quite simple. The hotel is now under construction, therefore many things are not settled down yet. It was loud during the days and not clean enough in many details, such as mirror was not clean. It is suggested that to make an announcement on the website to inform the customer that the hotel is now under construction. Hopefully, it will be better in the future.

Everything is fine, except that I wanted to sleep longer, and at around 9-10 o'clock in the morning, the staff to check the presence for cleaning started knocking on each door, it was very audible and it was impossible to sleep, although it is written that you can leave the room quietly until 12:00. There is no noise insulation. And the room was not clean enough, many places were dirty.

Value for money, great location for restaurants and public transports !

Great location, one can take a bus to the airport from a bus stop very close to the hotel. You can walk to the city center from the hotel. Excellent restaurants are nearby as well.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, I appreciate all the help and talk. It has a nice location even though it is 15' walk from the city center. There was always hot water.

It isn't so soundproof, I could hear people talking from the next room and a baby crying in the above floor.

Friendly staff and good location. The rooms are basic, but were clean and contained all necessary items. There are several nice restaurants in the area (in particular, the Pie Me Cafe across the street was very nice). The bus to the airport leaves from across the street.

The rooms are relatively old and a safe and another chair would have been nice. Aside from that there were a few (slightly) annoying details: 1. You have to buzz to enter the lobby after a certain time (maybe 17:00? this may have changed during the stay). But then the elevator doesn't require a key card letting anyone get to the upper floors. 2. Our cards stopped working on the first day of the New Year. The staff quickly replaced them, however. 3. There is a small leaflet in each room explaining the house rules in German and English. But the headings and a small section are not translated -- what an oversight! (see image attached) 4. The room service arrived at very irregular times including as soon as 9:30 one day. We had to tell the cleaner to come later several times; on these days the room wasn't cleaned.
