Liked- Decent rooms recently renovated. Close to airport. Friendly staff. Good neighborhood. Didn't liked - No house keeping provided for 2 days stay. When reached out to reception they said staff forgot. They could provide in unit refrigerator and common area drinking water fountain or water filter for the guest.

The stay was ok. The room did not have a closet or drawers for clothes or an iron for clothes. The parking was not included and it was 15 euros xtra. The parking garage is confusing b/c it’s used by private owners that will tow rented vehicle. Thankfully, one of those owners showed me where to park w/ limited English and the Staff did not explain at all . There is no parking around neighborhood. I was given a room card that has to be used for the elevator and for the lights in the room , no staff told me about it until I had to call downstairs while sitting in darkness & exhausted from my flight. No breakfast, parking , no irons or closets . The rooms are pretty small. The positive was the bed was super comfortable.

The place was fine. The room itself was comfortable and clean. The service was mediocre at best. The area surrounding the hotel was entirely residential. One good things was that the lightrail just outside the hotel went directly to the Messe.

The hotel itself is fine, we have stayed there before. What we didn't like at the check-in was the inflexibility and unfriendlyness of the staff. We arrived at 13:30 and they let us wait untill 15:00, supposedly because no room was available yet. After that the check-in procedure was very slow.

After an exhausting day, I arrive at 11 p.m. to check in, give my ID card, and ask the guy to give me the invoice so in the morning I can leave right away without wasting any more time. He replied that he could only issue the invoice the next day, but if I left him the details, he would let me prepare it. The next morning, the invoice was not ready, and his colleague told me he had to make it, so he asked me for the data again. I leave the hotel and go to a business appointment at a firm, and I need my ID card. I looked in my bag and saw it was not there, so I called the hotel, and they told me they had it. I am an hour away, so I asked them if they could send it to me. The girl, Denise, talks to the manager and tells me they can send it, but I have to pay the shipping costs. I pointed out to her that the mistake was theirs; they were the ones who did not return the ID to me, but she stood firm on her decision. Needing it, I went back, wasting time and, gasoline, morale; given the attitude and given the various disservices, I am sure I will never go back to one of their hotels; moreover, the pillows are very soft, and it is impossible to sleep comfortably, let's also add that it is not possible to turn off the air conditioning, I don't know if because the switch was broken or because it is mandatory to have it on, in the morning I had a stuffy nose, most likely the filters are not cleaned well.
