adequate. Neither amazing nor terrible. The location is super convenient for travel.

24 hour bar was good. Bed itself super comfortable, the pillows less so. View was very good, I enjoyed the view for much of the afternoon. While the staff took a super long time to find my booking, they were friendly and polite and spoke good English which made my life easier.

There were crusty blood stains on the curtains, lots of marks on the walls. Took forever to find my booking the second time and then they didn't have me on the breakfast list in the morning despite me confirming with the check-in staff that they had record of my payment for the breakfast.

Great for dog owners

Place was clean and easily accessible by tram. Great for dog owners as it has grass all around. Room did not have a fridge, but staff at the bar gave us glasses with ice for our own drinks to take in the room with no problem. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable.

If you are a light sleeper and want to have window open get plugs as it is close to a busy road.

The breakfast was nice and kept refilled with staff working very hard. The actual choice could be better.

The main lobby area was filled with loud people and it was quite off putting. This was probably because it was New Years eve so I would definitely give it another chance.

breakfast is basic to good.

Let me describe the room : 1- no room service 2- no telephone in the room, so if you need anything you have to go down to the reception desk. 3- no mini bar in the room. 4- The room is super small 5- It’s lighting is very poor 6- Floor carpet is very dirty , worn out & lots of spots on it. 7- cleanliness in the room and corridors is bad 8- you cannot open the window due to the noise of the highway 9- the internet is very bad in the room as you cannot hold an online meeting 10- no closet to hang clothes and no restaurant for lunch or dinner in the hotel, so after long working day, you have to go out for any meal.

It was the 2nd time we chose this hotel, precisely because the first stay was very auspicious. We had 2 standard double rooms and a DeLuxe room, for 5 persons. The rooms are very clean. Very good water pressure, even though we had the room on the 5th floor, which I rarely find in hotels. Good and quite varied breakfast.

The most unpleasant experience was related to parking. We paid the parking in advance, for all the days we spent there, everything was ok, until Saturday evening. We arrived at the hotel around 11pm and literally had nowhere to park. We went to the front desk, where we had to wait over an hour because there were extremely many people checking in and only one employee. Afterwards another guy showed up, who was extremely arrogant. When we finally managed to talk to them, we were waiting for solutions to park the car (I mention it was already 00h30), we were told that nothing could be done and that they would refund our money. However, this was not a solution, I mean if I paid for parking (in advance), it seems normal to me to benefit from it. After lengthy discussions, we were finally offered to park outside in the firemen's parking space. Which, again, is not normal. We were also disappointed that for 2 adults and one 7 year old child we had to pay for 2 rooms and we chose the DeLuxe room as it was mentioned that it had a large double bed. This was not the case at all. Only the room is indeed bigger, but not the bed. With only one person at the front desk and a lot of guests, the waiting time for check in is very long. There are fast check-in machines, but they are not functional.

Good location next to tram station, free parking in front of the hotel (if lucky), get a free drink per day if you skip room service, modern place, cozy lobby to chill

All in all, it was a comfortable stay.

I like the location and the bar area. Very stylish and comfortable, the rooms are cosy. I also liked the idea that you can take a plant into your room.

Spacious and very useful lobby, bathroom layout and amenities (great towels), breakfast buffet.

1) Rooms extremely dark due to dim lighting and dark colour walls! 2) AC does not work! It only sometimes puts out Luke warm air, NO COLD AIR! STAY AWAY FROM THIS HITEL IN THE SUMMER!!! 3) No fridge in the room, Eventim Superior rooms like mine! Really inconvenient!

Modern and clean. Very comfy bed. Nice location. Underground parking (15 per day). Quiet area.

Shower temperature had moments where it was scolding hot. Self check in service did not work.

Lack of staff. People was waiting for 10-20 mins in the line to get a beverage at the bar, there was only one man at the counter responsible both for checking in-out and the bar. Also having a little fridge in the room would be nice
