The property itself is not bad but the people working there is a nightmare, like caveman. At check in, I had a ten euro in my hand so the receptionist asked if it’s his tip, in fact it was but to ask is kinda cheap. Then he tried to negotiate more tips to give us the room on the floor we wanted, any simple request he cheeky asked for a “tip payment”. It’s also super dirty at the property . They charge a high deposit which is not mentioned here and guests are not allowed to have visitors even for 1 min kinda like a dorm .

This is one of the best apartment hotels in Frankfurt. Very close to messe. Decor is very nice. Very clean. Staff speak very good English and are so helpful. It is also very quiet and the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend to all.

Hello, we stayed in this property for two nights. It was advertised as a very nice location on your website, however the actual condition is different. Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything. As people kept checking in throughout the night, I could hear everything and therefore couldn't sleep. When complained, the receptionist said I could also change the room next day. However next day, they said all rooms very gone and we were left with the same issue. I'm really not happy about this as it made the whole stay & work trip much harder. I would like to ask for a partial refund, either directly to the card or some sets of Expedia vouchers. Thank you.

Checked in and they told me.my cc was declined and they cancelled my room. Told them that could not be possible because I was charged on Jan. 9th when I booked. He took my card and charged me again. Went to room, it had no heat. Called front desk they said they would send someone. No one came we had to ask the maid to help. He turned on the heated floor in the bathroom. We went down to breakast tolld them we would pay for it. When we returned to the room ... still no heat. We decided to check out. Told them fromt desk we were checking out and would pay for 1 night and meal to please adjust our bill. He could not do it. It was a nightmare! Rooms overlook a construction sight and trailers. No heat in the rooms. No luggage rack. You get 2 hangers. Not what their photos depicted. Now I have to work with my bank to get my money back! Warning .... Do Not Stay Here!

The accommodation was very good, but the front desk was very bad and kept making things difficult for me. I know it was just an exception, but it happened to me.

This property is definitely new and was opened before everything was fully done. Some artwork in the hallways still had the plastic wrapping. The rooms are large, but that much space is almost not needed. The shower doesn't have a door so be prepared to enjoy a cold shower with water all over the bathroom floor. The kitchenette doesn't have any soap or dish towels/sponges so be prepared to purchase. They are no blackout curtains so be prepared to be awoken with the sun. The air conditioning does not work in the entire hotel, I assume it has been installed but not actually connected to be functional. The laundry they claim to provide is actually just regular laundry machines that they also use to wash rags, etc. and they are hidden in closets without any signage. One front desk agent told me it was 5 euros to wash and another just told me where it was located... dryer didn't work either so had to use the balcony to air dry. Front desk guy in the evening was rude and condescending and said he basically has no authority to make any decisions as that is for management only... not a very good sign of a well run hotel. Honestly, just stay somewhere else!!!!!

The hotel is quite new, nice room but way too big! The bathroom is nice but not functional; no shower curtain or closure (water all over..) a big wash basin but no place to put things.. The hangers in the wardrope very simple/bad quality, chairs to eat but not a proper table… no waste basket..? the functionality had not been thought through.. quiet area, small balcony. Nice breakfast area, but no evening restaurant or bar, and located remote.. good distance to exhibition.
