I stayed at the Neringa in connection with a business trip. The hotel is located in the center of Vilnius. The hotel has been modernized with beautiful rooms. The breakfast is a must try.

What a lovely stay at Neringa. We loved every bit! Welcoming and professional staff, great amenities, fantastic hospitality. Attention to detail is second to none. The reception team are an asset! They cannot do enough and make sure you are well looked after. We will return soon. Already booked!

I was greeted nicely at the front desk when arriving at 1:30am. I was able to get to my room quickly and get some sleep. The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to all the recommended sites in Vilnius. The price was better than others in the area with similar amenities.

Nice hotel in Vilnius within easy walking distance of the main areas of interest. The room was very comfortable and quiet. The room was large, modern and well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fabulous with great water pressure. I would happily stay again. I’ve only deducted a star because I received several emails repeatedly trying to get me to use the electronic checkin rather than the reception staff, unnecessarily. I would happily stay there again though and recommend to others.

Very nicely renovated hotel in the heart of the city. Breakfast was great, bed was very comfortable, room was spacious enough and the bathroom was great. Right in the centre. The only criticism - Russian speaking receptionist who couldn't speak Lithuanian. That's not acceptable.

I loved our stay here. The room was wonderful and the air conditioner worked really well. The room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of cafes and a shopping centre near by. All of the staff were professional and incredibly helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Some of the staff members were very sarcastic and arrogant. That was the most upsetting thing. Rooms were clean and had basic things, however, if you want to have a coffee machine you have to book a superior room - kinda like in the old days 🙂 Otherwise you get just a good old 3 in 1 Nescafé coffee. Also, the bathroom did not have anything else but one liquid soap/shampoo to be used for both body and hair. Again - felt very outdated. Would not be saying anything if the hotel was cheap, but we had stayed in waaayyy more fancy hotels around Vilnius before which were also much cheaper and focused on the customer. Do not recommend.
