Affordable hotel located in the heart of Manhattan New York. Staffs are friendly and hospitable. They allowed us to check in at an earlier time. Everyday they are cleaning the room, placing new sets of towel. The hotel is very near to some restaurants and tourist spots. The bed we got is a bunker type, this kind of bed is good for young people not for the oldies and to those who have knee problems.

Had a wonderful stay! The hotel is exceptionally clean, and housekeepers check in multiple times a day to keep everything pristine. The staff is beyond amazing—so friendly and attentive! Location couldn't be better: very safe neighborhood, close to key bus stations, and within easy walking distance of most major New York sights. Highly recommend!

Went with a friend. It was the cheapest 3-star hotel we could find in Manhattan. We got a bunk pod with shared bath. It was small but with enough room to change and relax. Bathroom is shared but single-occupant, so that's nice. Room also has a sink. They provide shower shoes, but I would recommend bringing your own + a shower caddy. No minifridge or microwave, though. Room and bathroom are also cleaned at least once a day, which is nice. Location is nice too, it's close to the 6 and E/F train stations and within walking distance of Times Square. Overall, would recommend if you're visiting Manhattan.

the pod was clean, and easy to get to. The sound however is disruptive to sleep. the sound of doors shutting went on throughout the night. ALso, voices travel as folks walk down the hallways. Elevators are very slow.
