Ora Acanfora Suites

Having been to Rome in the past, we expected a basic small room. However, Ora Ancofora surprised us as it was super modern renovated and it was arranged in such a smart way that it was space full for our family. There were two bedrooms which was a plus, a beautiful bathroom and a wellness room with sauna. The location was right in the heart of Spagna, thus close to shops and restos and cafes and main sites, yet it was very quiet . The walls are also well soundproofed and we never heard the other guests in their rooms. The rooms were very clean , with many plush towels supplied and modern amenities. The host greeted us on arrival but had also provided access information in case she was not present. We had a lovely stay which exceeded our expectations.

La habitacion era muy moderna, limpia y comoda. Muy cerca de la Plaza España. La encargada, Paula, una chica encantadora que nos facilitó mucho las cosas. Hizo que la estancia fuera muy agradable. Totalmente recomendable.

Buen emplazamiento, instalaciones modernas.

Habitación muy pequeña para 4 personas, no había sitio para dejar maletas, ni siquiera para abrirlas. Paredes muy sucias y tocadas de anteriores inquilinos, aunque si que es cierto que limpiaban cada día. Durante la estancia la caldera fallo y estuvimos dos días con agua fría en pleno agosto en Roma y con dos niños pequeños que no podían ducharse. No ofrecieron solución ni compensación hasta repararlo dos días mas tarde.
