The location was perfect. steps away from the Spanish steps. Room was clean and spacious. Room was ready early so we could check in as soon as we arrived.
It needed better lighting. The biggest problem there was no hot water at all. Could not shower the water was cold as ice the entire time. I also didn’t appreciate that we we on a tour and running a few minutes late to check out in the morning so they took it upon themselves to go into our locked room and open the door and see if we were ready to checkout. When I arrived the door was open and he said good you’re almost ready to go. The nerve to enter my room when I wasn’t there. I was angry and felt violated.

Very central and easy to walk around. Very close to the train station. Many things happening around the place. Which is very nice 👍.
The rum is small and the bed is very small for two people.
