- easy access to Spanish steps and Trevi fountain - close proximity to fantastic restaurants - air conditioning and bathroom were great to have during very hot Rome weather
- it’s common in properties within the city, but the stairs were quite challenging with suitcases, however not a point of difference to stop booking here.

Hard to beat the location. Near metro station, tourist attractions and shopping.
We had a large group (5 separate reservations) planning to stay with this property. Two of them were initially cancelled because of an issue with credit card processing. One party was able to address the issue but the other reservation was cancelled on short notice before resolving. That family had to find last minute accommodations. This seems to be a common issue with this property based on reviews from others. Overall, I wouldn’t book this place again. Anecdotally, a 40% cancellation rate and the stress that would come with that situation isn’t worth the hassle. Better communication- a phone call or text message might have helped resolve the issue without the need to cancel
