Only the location
Air conditioning could not turn on (although apparently this is due to a new Italian legislation). They asked our whatsapp number before check in for some reason, which I found strange, since they can just use the Booking.com app to communicate with us. The cleaners were already knocking on the door 2 hours before checkout. They woke us up and it makes you feel rushed and it's just generally a bad service. I imagine it is because they didn't want us leaving before paying the 7 euro pp tourist tax (which for a 150 euro a night room, seems something people wouldn't do). Still, no reason to bother guests while they're resting.
