The staff was absolutely fantastic! Everything was clean, stocked, and if we needed something they were quick to accommodate.

Great location very comfortable

Everything was exactly what it looked like. The hotel is one floor in an apartment building, so you do have to look look the first time you go to find the door, but once you’ve got it, you are good. The hotel is three minutes from the Spanish Steps, about a ten min walk to the Trevi fountain. It has a metro station right by the steps, so it’s super easy to get about. There is a carrefour right round the corner, so you can pick up supplies easily if you need to, the room had a mini fridge. It is near a shopping area for clothes too, we found this helpful when we had a sudden rainy day that wasn’t planned. It is clean and well kept, we had one night the air con wasn’t working and it was fixed by the next day. Marta and the other person that was there was excellent, and so helpful and easy to get hold of. Honestly, this was an outstanding find, and we would go back without hesitation (and we are bougie 😆).

Great stay close to the Spanish steps and within walking distance to so much. One little tip, once you book, check your email. We booked the day before and when we showed up to check in, the door was locked and no one was available to let us in. Turns out they email you and ask to send them a message through WhatsApp to get the door code. This was less than seamless, but we went down the alley and got lunch while we waited for them to respond to our message. Also, they ask you to pay the city tax in cash. We would not hesitate to stay there again.
