Location was excellent, the concierge Jlara was amazing and very responsive
The room we had after booking, was the small one with a tiny window. Seems like booking.com does this a lot,, shows you the nice room, but when you pay, it actually shows you the one you are getting. Nothing against the hotel but more booking.com

Location is central and very convenient, it’s come was price of noisy street
We needed to change the room (booked for two nights) with a pretexts of an upgrade, was pretty the same room, probably a downgrade… Entrance requirement several doors with few codes, not the most convenient

I booked it through booking but at time of check out I was told to pay the taxes and for any mini bar items. I thought those were free since there was no where it says the prices but host says they were on top of it
I didn’t like the hallway entrance and elevator.
