Great location, fair price, friendly staff, clean, comfortable, slept like a baby 🙏
Stairs by interior door slightly difficult to navigate with (my friend’s) large suitcase / multiple bags. If you are traveling solo, be prepared to take your bags in one at a time, or request assistance (which they surely would provide) when you ring the buzzer.

Location is fabulous. The manager of the property is simply amazing and helpful! It’s my second time staying at this hotel and not my last!

The location. Really close to the Spanish steps.
It was not exaxtly "clean". The room had a spider web and in the bathroom, you could see mold stains in the shower cabin. In the kitchen the counter was dirty and although breakfast was included, in 2025 you are not supposed to leave half empty bottles of milk or open ham packages for your guests. I am not a germ freak, but this is not something that I would trust to eat.
On top of that upon our arrival, we had to wait for an hour just for a scan of our passports, although it is something that we could have already send via email or whats up to the owner. Not the best welcome experience.
