Location was perfect and possible to walk to most of the key sites. Decent size for a family of 4. Check in and check out was efficient.
Very noisy as we were directly above a restaurant that was open until 11pm/12am and then cleaned the streets from 5-6am (ear plugs were provided). Garbage wasn’t emptied from the previous guests and plates were dirty. Shower wasn’t great.

New, well designed, clean, location is amazing!! Everything is contactless and the app/ai agent is really cool and fast and helpful
We were missing a sofa to relax at the end of the day, there were a few lockers for language after check out and we were able to use them, but in case they are all full, it could be an issue where to leave your staff

When I am staying here I faced 2 big problems First paying for a housekeeping service and they didn’t came ( I was needing them the day that I booked and your customer service apologized for me that they will come tomorrow ) Secondly roomservice took my own towel My own towel that I bought it with my own money and bring it by myself to the hotel and they didn’t refund me money for the towel that they took it from me
