Laura was wonderful, she helped with all of our needs, pastry and juice breakfast, plenty of cold water, drinks and snacks all day long and she made sure there was a taxi at the door to bring us to the airport at 4:30 am. The room was great, location was great, within walking distance to all attractions, shops and restaurants. We did take a bus to Vatican City, that was a bit further but the bus is so easy. Number 64 took us from the Termini train station to our room and again from our room to Vatican City. 1.50 euros each. Make sure to validate your ticket at the yellow box on the bus! There are huge fines if you don't and get caught. As a side note, the first floor in Italy is not the ground floor like it is to us in the states, it is actually what we call the 2nd floor, so if you are older or have mobility issues keep that in mind.
We are early to bed early to rise. Some street noise and noisy neighbors were a bit of a nuisance but not enough to keep us from staying there again.
