nice and clean, kind stuff but not very flexible about check out time or keeping the luggage. very central location (a bit too central, loud at night)

If any then - Just the few stairs - As we had luggage. - Good to know only white taxi can come in to that area we were told But we really didn’t need one only for the day of arrival and leaving we walked to the main road with our luggage

Location was amazing. So convenient and the added ambiance of the piazza down below was everything you imagine Rome to be, especially night. Inside the property was quiet. Great small common area even with an espresso machine and complimentary espresso. Super helpful and friendly staff. Awesome bathroom, especially the showers. Plenty of closet space.
The only issue we had was the larger bed. The bed frame had caved in at the top right corner when we arrived. The staff did a temporary fix the best they could since we were just there for one night. Hopefully they can get it permanently repaired.

Great location, nice and clean, nice staff to deal with.
Room was not soundproof, pillows were very thin, shower was small and uncomfortable, no coffee machine in room as was stated in the description.
