Very well located, room is clean and staff is great!

We loved how central it was, we were able to walk to the Pantheon, Colloseum and Trevi fountain in ONE DAY, and in less than 20-30 minutes walking each

Location is outstanding - right in the centre of the old town and an excellent launch pad for exploring. The room is compact but well appointed and the washing machine is a rarity - it was very hot so grateful to not have to pack sweaty clothes.

The stairs are steep and quite narrow at the top - fine for us but less mobile travellers may find it difficult.

Excellent location near Campo de’ Fiori. The apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable for our family of five. Andrea, the manager, was courteous, sincerely apologized for the serious check-in problem, and made a genuine effort to compensate us with a substantial discount.

Our arrival experience was extremely stressful. We had informed the property well in advance that we would arrive between 1:00 and 2:00 AM, and our late check-in had been approved. We also received a message stating that the self-check-in instructions would be sent on the day of arrival. On the day of arrival, our payment details were successfully updated, but despite several messages through Booking.com requesting the check-in instructions, we received no response. After our flight landed, still without any instructions, we arrived at 1:30 AM to find a locked building with no access code. The office was closed, and none of the contact methods—including the phone numbers, Booking.com messaging, and WhatsApp—received any response. After unsuccessfully trying several nearby hotels, our family, including three children, spent more than two hours outside in the middle of the night. By pure chance, another resident entered the building, allowing us to get inside, and we eventually managed to guess the correct key-box code at around 4:00 AM. Had this not happened, we would likely have been left outside until morning. The following morning, Andrea, the manager, was friendly, apologized on behalf of his employee, acknowledged that the communication failure was their mistake, and compensated us with a substantial discount. We appreciated his efforts, but we still believe that such a serious failure should never happen, particularly after a late arrival had been approved and several requests for the access instructions had gone unanswered during office hours.
