Great location. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was provided and the choices were nice. We also liked relaxing with a drink and snacks on the rooftop in the evenings.

The location is near top attractions and the morning coffee at the terrace is great. The staff was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations around and a map.
It might get a bit warm inside the bedroom as the AC is inside the living room.

Location was ideal! Air conditioning worked perfectly! Irka and Sylvia were both so friendly and helpful. The included breakfast provided plenty of things to choose from. There rooftop terrace was an additional plus!
Unfair to say, but the narrow staircase (due to the chair lift) made navigating with luggage a bit challenging. At breakfast, though Natalie was extremely attentive and helpful, it was sad that it took three days (our last day) for her to warm up to us. I know she’s young (I’m old), and maybe has aspirations beyond this job, but she’d make it so much more pleasant if she engaged with the guests. Plus, she might benefit from an increase in tips. Just a thought.
