Staff was responsive and attentive Centrally located, clean and well appointed Breakfast on site was a great start to the day Lara was an excellent host; she was informative, very knowledgeable about the city and provided restaurant and shopping recommendations—she was a delight Maps of the city that were provided were an extra plus and become our guide for exploring the city

We had a warm welcome from Gianmarco. Room was exceptional clean. Location is great!

Location was great, rooms were clean, host and all staff were great. They did not even charge us late check-in fee and we were able to leave our luggage in Navona Rooms after check out.
Everything was great. The breakfast options could be more varied but it was still very tasty.
