The location was great and the staff was very helpful. Everything was clean. The serve yourself breakfast system worked fine. We were grateful to be allowed to leave our luggage after the check out time.
The entry into apartment information was sent late several hours before the stay. I prefer to have this information at least one day in advance so that there are no surprises.

The two staff members be spoke to were very, very nice and over the top helpful
I love the charm about it and the lack of it being crowded and the endless water bottles in prosciutto in the refrigerator

Great location and friendly staff.
The air conditioner did not work whatsoever. We communicated it to the staff and they said to reset the electrical circuit breakers to make it work which did not work. We then used the portable air conditioner supplied, shortly after using got told to not use it. The room was unbearable and very comfortable. The staff did not offer much help in rectifying issue.
