Unique luxury apartment and rooms

Location was great and rooms were very nice and clean. Wonderful air conditioning.

Property was wonderful. However, I felt like there was some miscommunication between Marco, my friends and myself. We had an agreement to pick up the taxes but there was no agreement or notice of a time so he went into my room without permission and to my friend’s room without permission to collect the taxes. He also had called me several times, and once was at 11pm, which was strange to me because it was so late. It also was unclear on how to give the taxes as I had asked to leave them at the end of our stay and was told no but my friend was told yes. Which at the end is what we ended up doing. At the end of the day, there needs to be a bit more direct communication on collecting the city taxes to avoid this in the future for someone else. Going into ones room without a time notice made us uncomfortable.

The room and all of the facilities were completely clean, fresh and above average comfortable. Great location; silent, safe building, freshly prepared and climate controlled. Beds, linens, towels, supplies, fixtures and decor all above average, nice. Marco was an excellent manager from start to finish, beyond 5-star professional, dependable, thorough and courteous service!

Everything was beyond our expectations.

Room service was meant to be daily - was reduced to 2 times during our 6 day stay - and then one day was cancelled - so only serviced once

The location was great for the city and the stadium. Room was very clean and in order. It was thoughtful to have water and a coffee maker in room.

There was an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The room did not appear to be the one booked. The bed wasn’t particularly comfortable and the sheets were very low quality and didn’t fit well on the bed. The bathroom, although new and modern was quite cramped.
