Charme & Chic Prestige

The accommodation is very well situated in a lovely building with the quaintest old lift. The shower was good with plenty of hot water. We welcomed the little fridge and the air conditioning.

This is the second time that we stayed here and I think it was looking a bit run down. I was quite disappointed. The bed was really saggy in the middle and the legs looked like they were about to give way. The tap on the sink in the bathroom had seen better days. The curtains were dirty at the bottom and one of our windows appeared to give no sound proofing whatsoever - we couldn’t work out why. I don’t think I’d come back again.

The property needs an update - the pillows are well beyond their best and the spares in the cupboard were all stained with no pillow cases. Our check in time didn't happen as the previous guests did not leave when they were meant to meaning this knocked on to us, which i do not think is right seeing as we paid for our property from 2pm but was unable to access due to the selfish previous occupants. Their convenience was at our inconvenience! The property touts its self as a B&B which is most definitely isn't , it's more like an old residential apartment that has been made into numerous small properties. The reception if you can call it that isn't ever manned, the only staff i saw was a cleaner.
