Guests were fighting outside our door in the reception area and then next door with their door open after 1am! Very loud and scary. Before this, was a quiet stay.

Last night of 3, guests were fighting in lobby at 1am, very loud and quite scary. They continued into their room next door and had the door open so still very loud. Was quiet rest of stay.

The host was the main point of light. He tried to give us the best service and he is really nice. The location of the property is also worthy of praise. The property is on the main street of tourists in Rome.

The property does not feel like a hotel, but rather like an apartment that has been divided into several units. At night, we could clearly hear our neighbors talking in the adjacent room, indicating poor sound insulation. There is a shared lobby, which reduces the sense of privacy. Although the room is not physically small, it does not feel as spacious as its size suggests. In addition, the window faces the main street, so there is a significant amount of traffic noise, especially during the evening and at night. The bathroom lights are controlled by a motion sensor, but the sensor is not sensitive enough. The lights kept turning off while we were still inside the bathroom, which was inconvenient and frustrating.
