Small entry , no lobby, no reception at the ground floor , but that’s just me trying to find something I didn’t like about the hotel

From the very first moment, the warmth, kindness, and genuine care of the team made all the difference.
A heartfelt thank you to Meryem, Joseph, Zenia, Catalin, and Hany at the front desk — every interaction was thoughtful, professional, and deeply human. You don’t just do your jobs well; you make guests feel seen, safe, and genuinely welcome.
And a very special thank you to Marco, the revenue manager, working quietly behind the scenes. His compassion, flexibility, and understanding are something you simply don’t see often anymore. In a world that has become increasingly commercial and transactional, gestures like his are rare — and unforgettable.
Yes, the hotel is beautiful, stylish, spotless, and perfectly located. But that’s not why I’m writing this review.

The toilet was not clean
The bathroom doesnt have trash ben and the light was not working
