Very clean, near heart of city. The staff were exceptional, very nice and accommodating.

No elevator. I’ve had knee surgery, the stairs are very narrow and worn down. Thank goodness they had someone carry our bags for us.

Our room was incredible, so clean and tranquil. The 24 hour kitchen is very useful and the breakfast is amazing. Its a beautiful building in an excellent location.

Location great and quiet. Loved having coffee and cake freely available all day.

Good breakfast but it depended on who cooked. The man was a good cook, the woman so so. Overall far too many sweet things relative to not sweet.

The location is great, very short distance to Spagna underground station and also the Spanish steps. The breakfast was also very nice, the fact that there was a communal table in the breakfast room was nice and I enjoyed meeting other guests. The fact that cakes and tea/coffee was available 24/7 was a really nice feature. I liked the shabby chic decor in my bedroom. The bathroom was well equipped and came with a bidet. I also liked the fact that you could contact staff via WhatsApp and often receive a fast response.

I was allocated room 3 which is below the kitchen. Although I am an early riser, I like to have a lie in on holiday and I felt that because of the noise coming from the kitchen above, I was often unable to sleep beyond about 7.30 to 8.00am. There is also hard wood flooring throughout which is nice aesthetically but is very noisy when people are coming and going. There also was building work going on next door which meant that there was often intermittent drilling from about 7.30am/8.00am which contributed to the disrupted sleep. I would have preferred if there was more of staff presence on site, I found that when I had a query it was unclear who I should approach. Finally, I think that motion sensor lighting should be added to the hallway downstairs, I arrived quite late at the property and owing to the darkness (and the fact I was on the second floor), I was unable to find the light switches and had to rely on my mobile phone torch.
