La ubicación es excelente, a metros de Piazza di Spagna y Piazza del Poppolo. Había máquina de café y pava eléctrica y reponían las cápsulas de café y sobres de té todos los días. Limpiaron muy bien la habitación todos los días La atención de la anfitriona y del personal de limpieza excelente. Me permitieron dejar el equipaje después del check out.

La posizione della struttura è eccellente e consente di raggiungere comodamente i principali punti di interesse. La struttura ha un buon potenziale.
Avrei gradito un po’ più di presenza da parte dell’host, anche semplicemente per chiedere se fosse tutto ok durante il soggiorno. Al nostro arrivo, nelle aree comuni era presente un odore poco gradevole. La stanza presentava alcune criticità: chiusura della porta poco sicura, problemi alle finestre e bidet parzialmente intasato. L’ambiente risultava piuttosto freddo, con un riscaldamento poco efficace. Insonorizzazione insufficiente, con rumori percepibili sia dall’esterno sia dalle altre camere.
