A localização é o ponto alto. Praticamente dentro da Piazza di Spagna, bem próximo ao metrô, lojas e restaurantes. Camas novas e confortáveis, ar condicionado novo e em ótimo estado e banheiro privativo. Tem uma área comum com uma pequena cozinha e área de estar. O check in e o check out foram bem fáceis e o anfitrião se comunicou conosco o tempo todo pelo chat do booking.com de forma rápida.
O chão do banheiro molha muito ao tomar banho. Há um degrau dentro do quarto e sentimos falta de um filto de água na área comum. A geladeira pequena que havia no quarto não estava gelando. Mas nenhum desses detalhes comprometeu a nossa estadia.

Great location. Made it so easy to find great dining and sites within easy walking distance
When we arrived the front door was wide open to the street making the code we’d been given unnecessary. With no actual staff on site we wondered how secure this place really was
