Location was excellent. Paolo and Emanuele were very nice and accommodating to our needs in every way.

The location is very central and although it is mainly a pedestrian zone one could easily access other means of transportation. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating to all our needs. This was greatly appreciated. The hospitality was always given with a smile and effortless.
There are stairs one has to climb and with heavy luggage it is not always ideal but whenever help was asked it was given. A blackout curtain in the bedroom would be ideal for those who would like to use it.

How central it was, everything was in walking distance? Airport was around 35 minutes Coliseum was 20 minutes in an Uber Everything else Trevi fountain , Spanish steps was 5/10 mins walk
The host met us when we first arrived but then didn’t see him the rest of our stay The spa wasn’t open either but apparently this has to be requested before the stay and on appointment only which we found very upsetting as this was the reason we picked this hotel was to have some chill time too! The hotel didn’t look anything like the pictures it was more like an Air b&b to be honest
