The outlets were confusing. When we turned off lights it also turned off outlets to charge phones.

The property was as described…elegant, sophisticated, and located in the best part of Rome. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home and delivered impeccable service. Kudos to the front desk, kitchen, and housekeeping staff. The concierge was great as well. Definitely the place to stay in Rome. Cannot wait to go back!

Excellent location. We were greeted by the lovely Stefania and were upgraded to a Suite, which was unexpected, but beautiful! Staff were extremely friendly and we were given lots of information. The breakfast in our room was a perfect way to start the day.
