The location is outstanding, central and convenient, making it easy to explore Rome on foot. The staff were exceptional: professional, warm, and always attentive to every detail.
The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and impeccably clean. Every space in the hotel reflects high standards of maintenance and care. The service throughout my stay was seamless and thoughtful, contributing to a truly relaxing experience.

The hotel was very central. The rooms were lovely and had lots of amenities included eg water replenished every day. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had lots of options - everything was very fresh. The staff were all so helpful and made us feel very welcome.

There are automatic sensor lights in the bedroom wardrobe, bathroom and toilet, all of which you have to walk through to get to the toilet. As a pregnant lady who needs to go 4 times a night, it’s was very frustrating to have all the lights beam on. Confirmed with hotel there was no way to switch this off. We were on level 5 and on level 6 is a terrace that plays incredibly loud music until late. Very frustrating as we were trying to have an early night before 40 hours travel.
While waiting for our room (we were a couple of hours early) we were told we could wait at the bar. When I asked for service at the bar she said they don’t open until 3pm (even though they were serving to the restaurant literally next door (all open to the bar).
