    Great location but not good value for money. This is more of a 4 star hotel than 5 star hotel. I was in the annex of the building and you need to unlock a door which was very old and needed to jiggle the key into the lock to get the door open. Then had to walk 15 steep stairs.

    This hotel is a bit pricey however we had a best holiday in there. 2 mins from Trevi Fountain :) And the staff is excellent, professional and super helpful as concierge service. I would go this hotel again if I go back to Rome !

    I had never been to Rome and knew the Harry’s brand. The hotel is literally 10 steps from the Trevi fountain. Unfortunately when we were there Europe was in a heat wave. 98 every day. The hotel was cool and the front desk people were excellent. Very thoughtful recommendations for dinner reservations and very lovely and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. And silent! Excellent location to see the sights. Be prepared in high season. Tons of people all the time. I’d go in spring or fall. I should mention they gave a terrific breakfast included in the room rate. Also it was too hot but the roof deck has a beautiful view of the fountain at night.

    My Air Conditioner stopped working at around 10 pm in the night and yet Daniella at the front desk kept sending bell boy after bell boy to my room - (staff who had absolutely no credentials to fix my AC) to keep trying to examine it. No decision was made even after hours of this happening. After calling her up repeatedly I was lied to and told that there was no other spare room in the hotel, and that I would only be provided a fan. Finally the truth came out that there was a space room at the hotel and since it was a higher-grade room than the one I paid for, it was not being offered to me. After repeatedly requesting for any spare room that had AC functioning in it, I was finally allowed to switch to that spare room. Next evening I reported Daniella's treatment of me to her front desk supervisor, Valentina. Instead of apologizing for Daniella’s bad behavior Valentina said that since she wasn’t around the prior night, she did not know what really happened. Both Valentina and Daniella need to be FIRED. In addition, when I got to the hotel, after the cab driver, left me in front of the lobby, and was struggling with my luggage, Danilla kept smiling at me through the glass doors and did not send any bell boy to help me with my luggage. When I asked for an extra cup and glass for my room since I was only provided one each, and needed an extra one for keeping my Invisalign trays, Daniella at the front desk refused. The staff at this hotel is unprofessional and rude. DO NOT STAY AT THIS DESPICABLE HOTEL. They ruined my stay in Rome and left a sour taste in my mouth. My entire impression of Italians is ruined thanks to these 2 terrible women working at this hotel
