    We had a terrible experience for the 3 days stay we booked in July 2026. Firstly, we got a room on roof top - lift was available till 4th floor and we had to climb one floor everytime. This was not mentioned before booking. Secondly, it was a room with AC not working. Initially the staff did not agree and said this is the best cooling. When we told them you can clearly feel the difference of how cool it is at reception, the staff told us there was big investment for that - like what ? We booked AC room, we should get it. After fee hours they moved us to other apartment, which was better but still not perfect cooling because they control the temperature. Finally property is very old, things are broken, rusted, beds squeaking everytime you turn - like there was no end to problems you can face. Only positive thing is the location is very well placed to visit top spots in the city and public transport but for that one reason, it's not worth facing so many problems. Better to avoid

    Location is very close to the trevi fountain. Breakfast has some choices or varieties but it is the same everyday.
