Location is very close to the trevi fountain. Breakfast has some choices or varieties but it is the same everyday.

We recommend Hotel Accademia for the convenience. It's walking distance from the Trevi Fountain. The only compain is the wall are thin you can here the next door and the banging of the doors when they close it. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights

The hotel was clean, but you’re paying more for the location near the Trevi Fountain than the quality of the hotel. This hotel did not respond to emails sent before the stay. The refridgerator did not work at all during our stay (2 nights), and the man who works at the front desk during the day was rude and ignorant. He was not friendly or attentive as a hotel receptionist, and was dismissive. He ignored our requested maintenance and did not have anything done about the refridgerator in our room. We could not refridgerate anything during our stay and had to throw away food. He said we needed to pay a city tax at the end of our stay, but when he was reminded of how nothing was done about the refridgerator, he did not take into consideration how this was never resolved despite being told that someone would come to the room to fix it. He just told us to contact their WhatsApp number, which I messaged immediately, but received no response from regarding the situation. Regarding the facility, it’s clean, but the tub in the room was tight, which is to be expected in a European city that’s old like Rome. The layout of the first floor whene you can use the bathroom was complicated to navigate. The housekeeping staff and breakfast services were great though. The housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful.
