Hotel Trevi - Gruppo Trevi Hotels

Perfect location, and the office staff were fantastic. Helped us locate missing luggage, organised exceptional touring opportunities and answered all our questions. The room we stayed in was delightful, and the lift was so quintessentially Rome. Make sure you include breakfast- superb and not at all expensive. A total recommendation.

Great location near Trevi fountain. The room decor was really nice. Breakfast was good with some variety on different days as well as some staple breakfast items. It was a good mix of local and international breakfast options.

I was unpleasantly surprised to find that this was a group of locations near Trevi fountain rather than 1 location, that said one of the reasons I chose this "hotel" was because it stated that an elevator was included. While this was true for the location that we travelled to for breakfast that was not true of the location we stayed in. With 7 very large suitcases for our 3 week european vacation, as you can expect, it was a little frustrating. In addition, we had to use 3 different keys to get into our room and we were locked in if someone left with the keys (which did happen and is how we noticed we couldn't open the door from inside). This was very concerning from a fire safety standpoint.

We were sent to another building , no reception area, limited security as doors were sometimes left open , entrance not we’re coming

The location of the hotel was perfect for the Trevi Fountain, and we could walk to all the main historical sites easily. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The amenities were good and although there was only two of us it was easy to see that it would work as a family room.

There were a few things that I felt could be better. Only half the waterfall shower head worked. The bed was really hard, which might not suit everyone. Many of the rooms, including the one we were in, are in annexes away from the main reception, which meant we didn't get to see any staff apart from check-in and out. We never had breakfast at the hotel because it was served on the lower ground of the main hotel, and, to be honest, there were plenty of people around the annex who served a good breakfast at a lower cost than the hotel's. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was to be able to use/dine on the roof terrace but we were never told were it was or how to access it.
