Hotel Trevi - Gruppo Trevi Hotels

The location to the Trevi Fountain was fantastic. Beds were comfy. Air con was excellent.

The WiFi did not work in our room. The lift was tiny, we used the stairs!!

Out desire was to stay near the Trevi Fountain and it was perfect.

We had 5 rooms (20 people). Some were better than others. One of the rooms did not have a private shower or bath. The bathtub was in the middle of the room. The shower was on an outside wall with "privacy" glass that was not so private. Ask about the room configuration when you get there.

Large spacious room and great location

Separate buildings from reception. Our room phone didn’t work so I sent an email with my inquiry. We have since checked out and they still haven’t t responded. Also, check in was a nightmare. One person on reception and we waited 30 minutes to check in

The location of the hotel was perfect for the Trevi Fountain, and we could walk to all the main historical sites easily. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. The amenities were good and although there was only two of us it was easy to see that it would work as a family room.

There were a few things that I felt could be better. Only half the waterfall shower head worked. The bed was really hard, which might not suit everyone. Many of the rooms, including the one we were in, are in annexes away from the main reception, which meant we didn't get to see any staff apart from check-in and out. We never had breakfast at the hotel because it was served on the lower ground of the main hotel, and, to be honest, there were plenty of people around the annex who served a good breakfast at a lower cost than the hotel's. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was to be able to use/dine on the roof terrace but we were never told were it was or how to access it.
