Great location in the heart of town surrounded by restaurants, cafe’s and stores. Trevi Fountain around the corner. So easy to navigate through town and less than 10 minutes from the colosseum
No elevator access to your room. Only stairs. Not too bad but difficult with heavy luggage

Great location right next to the trivia fountain within 50 m of walking there plenty of restaurants around facilities were great. We stayed in the apartment. Had a small lift to take up any bags which made it good for people with disabilities, we put our wheelchair up there and down as well as our son with the disability facilities with clean had everything you could need for a couple of days stay
The day we got there, there was rubbish a mound of rubbish on the ground floor by the second day it stunk to high heaven. It was horrible, then realized that that’s where the whole building puts their rubbish around the corner from the left and because it was 40° heat, it just sat there in the heat and stunk.
