    We were group of 12 people and we all enjoyed our stay. It would be nice if they can give proper bed instead of sofa bed - which was very uncomfortable for adults. Also if they can provided iron and laundry facilities, it will be really helpful.

    This is an Air BnB type and not a hotel. We were locked out of our room for a few hrs during our stay due to not paying an extra $40 Euro charge for city tax. I received a generic email with a link to pay the invoice that provided no information what the charge was for or whether it actually came from Numa. Communication to get back into the room was through messages as there is no one on site to assist with any issues. Would not use this facility and affiliates again.
