Super location for shopping, restaurants, easy walk to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon etc. on a quiet street. Excellent air conditioning made the lobby and room very comfortable during a heatwave.
Very noisy in the corridors - woken up frequently by other guests and housekeeper.

The location was great, the deluxe room was specious
The location of our room was in front of the public toilet, so everytime we opened our door we saw a toilet, since nobody bothered to close the door. The ventilation of our bathroom didn’t work, we told the staff - no one even bothered to get back to us. We asked for a twin room, we received a double bad and the person in the front desk offered to give us sheets to separate the bed ourselves since the cleaning crew already left.
