Excellent location, amazing staff, and beautiful rooms.

Very comfortable, large room, and in a great location near Piazza di Spagna and the metro stop. Funky furnishings were cool. The street was busy during the day but quiet enough at night to sleep.

Having to drag our suitcases up 4 flights of steep stairs without an elevator was challenging, and the shower alternated between 15 seconds of hot water and 30 seconds of cold water so showering was uncomfortable. The toilet and bidet are round-shaped and look cool but they were also somewhat uncomfortable to use due to the shape.

The best thing about the property was the location and cleanliness of the apartment

The downside would be the shower considering it was tiny and not the most comfortable.

Great location. Great size. Very secure with a 4-door, 4-key entry.

1. The bathroom was awful. That’s why there’s only 1 pic on the advert. Mould, crumbling and very out of date. Which is a shame as it has great features. 2. Very poor air conditioning. In the middle of the heatwave we couldn’t sleep as the aircon was pretty much non existent. 3. WiFi didn’t work for most of our time there. My partner’s wallet was stolen and it was a nightmare having to go to cafes with WiFi to try and go to online buybanking as the hotel WiFi didn’t work “no internet connection” 4. Check in and out times don’t tally. Check in from 10am. Check out by 10:30. We said we’d be arriving for 10am as we were going to an event. Got there 10:10 and previous occupants hadn’t checked out. Not their fault as they had until 10:30. It was a disappointing start. 5. Not sure about the appropriateness of the owner phoning me at 9:30pm on our first night to ask me to accept her phone number. Only then to be bombarded with 39 WhatsApp messages on recommendations of places to go, to eat etc. Was trying to help but not necessary, and actually quite uncomfortable. 5. Dangerous sockets hanging out the wall.
