Your staying in an actual palace in the middle of Rome. We even were given a tour of the property by an actual princess. So cool!
It needs to be updated and cared for better at the price point. We have stayed at other estates the same age and found those better maintained. The hotel service ends at daily cleaning and feels more like you’re staying at a AirBnB.

The palazzo is absolutely stunning and you couldn't ask for a better location.
I think that the towels need to be changed,reminds me of towels at a Holiday Inn. It was also very difficult to make coffee or tea in the room as the only outlet to use was in the bathroom.

Location and staff
Run down and dusty. It was a bit sad see a place So glorious not as well taken care of. I should have more stuff on hand to maintain the place. It is a glorious Palazzo. An honor to experience, but I had hoped for a little more elegance and refinement.
