i personally LOVED the proximity to all historical centers. if you wanted to see pretty much all of rome in a day, this is a great spot to use. As a female solo traveling to Rome it was a great place to drop my bags, relax, and go walk 20k steps around Rome for the day. I was in constant communication with the staff member Patricia, she was amazing at helping me find the location of the hotel and arranging my taxi to the airport. I had a lovely time staying here and had no problems with the outside noise. There are 2 restaurants that are right outside of the hotel door, both were worth a try (even if a bit pricey), but the noise wasn’t a problem and the hosts outside were kind enough to let me through with my suit case haha. Beautiful property nonetheless and the balcony was a super cute addition. LOVED my stay here and it truly did save my life as an escape from the chaos right outside. I would 100% come here again.

The bathroom was scary. I was constantly afraid I was going to flood the shower at any moment. Don’t know if it’s a drain problem, or just me as an American not knowing how to properly use an Italian shower. Location was also kind of hard to find, but only because I arrived later than expected which is completely my fault. Dont show up around 8/9pm because of dinners happening right outside of the hotel door, it made it super chaotic for me to even find the door with my 500lb suitcase lol.

Location location

The location was both the best part of the room and also one of the drawbacks. You're right in the center of everything. You walk out the door and you're surrounded by restaurants and shops. The Pantheon is probably 100 steps away. You can walk to so many things from this location within 20-25 minutes. It was amazing to go with a comfy bed, a nice enough room, which wasn't overly fancy, but definitely got the job done. The desk is very responsive and extremely helpful. They allowed me to check-in early and drop off my bags even earlier.

The amazing location also comes with some drawbacks, it's very loud in the morning. I actually found the noise to be fine at night. Occasionally, you'd hear an accordion or some music. I found it nice. But the mornings were the loudest as the restaurants cleaned from the night before. The smashing of empty bottles and construction made it difficult to sleep later than 6:30 or 7 a.m.
