Excellent location. The owner was lovely and helpful.Great soundproofing. Comfortable bed. Air-con was invaluable.Although breakfast was not on sight, we were given a voucher for breakfast at a lovely local cafe.
The shower was only hand held. Lots of steps but I understand that it’s an old building. Do not have drinks at the bar downstairs-had to pay a €3 service charge.

The location was excellent and the modern feel was perfectly matched with old school charm.
I can say no lift/elevator could be the only dislike for some travellers

The location is first class. Midway between Pantheon and Trevi is excellent
I think the fact that we were on the 3rd floor without an elevator could have been highlighted. It is an emormous challenge for seniors with luggage. The noise levels from the street are high even with wondows shut.
