I had a fantastic stay at Palazzo Roma. The rooms are huge, beautifully designed, and very well provided with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The location, right in the heart of Rome, made it incredibly easy to walk to all the main sights and enjoy the city.
What really made the experience special was the people. The entire team was warm, professional and attentive throughout my stay, and I would like to especially mention Shika, who was exceptionally courteous and helpful at every interaction. Her attitude truly elevated my experience and reflected the high standards of the hotel’s hospitality. I would gladly choose Palazzo Roma again on my next visit to Rome.

I had an exceptional stay at Palazzo Roma , truly the highlight of my Rome holiday.
The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious decor and an incredible attention to detail throughout. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, creating a refined yet welcoming atmosphere.
What truly sets this place apart is the personalised service. The team goes above and beyond, and a special mention to Oliver, whose warmth and attentiveness made the experience even more memorable.
The location is also perfect , ideal for shopping and exploring the city.
A flawless stay from start to finish. Highly recommended.
