Fantastic location, right next to some of the most beautiful streets in Rome and close to everything. The staff (Shiva, Amalia and Simona) was pleasant and friendly, and gave us excellent food recommendations. Also, the cleanliness and room size were top-notch.
The only minor complaint is that the Wi-Fi signal was somewhat weak.

First of all, the location is really good & most sights are easily reachable by foot or public transport. There’s also a wide variety of restaurants and cafes within reach. Also felt like a safe neighbourhood/area. While there’s no reception, it’s possible to communicate with the staff via whatsapp and they took care of my room change request relatively promptly. Besides the bathroom issues it was clean & had daily room service.
First of all, the first room I was put in was definitely not the class (and size) I had booked on booking and much smaller. While I could’ve swallowed this, both the bathroom and the bedroom walls had mold (not recommendable for people with respiratory issues or children). I was put in another room, where it was better but not none. Additionally, one of the stools in my room was broken and clearly propped up to the wall to hide the fact it was missing 1/4 feet. All in all I would say it’s a solid hotel but the facilities do not reflect the prize.
