The windows of our room faced the street and were noisy, and the walls between the rooms were thin.

Good location, easy communication with staff, comfortable room with air conditioning, good bathroom facilities, minimal noise from outside.
Room is a bit stuffy/warm (although it did have air conditioning) and doesn’t include breakfast (and there aren’t many breakfast places nearby).

The property was centrally located! Very close to plaza del Popolo and in good walking distance to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and many restaurants! Maria, Shiva and Elena were great! We were able to leave our luggage and were able to do early check in! Also, the fridge in our unit wasn’t working and just took one message and they replaced it right away! Another good point is the water pressure was amazing!

First of all, the location is really good & most sights are easily reachable by foot or public transport. There’s also a wide variety of restaurants and cafes within reach. Also felt like a safe neighbourhood/area. While there’s no reception, it’s possible to communicate with the staff via whatsapp and they took care of my room change request relatively promptly. Besides the bathroom issues it was clean & had daily room service.
First of all, the first room I was put in was definitely not the class (and size) I had booked on booking and much smaller. While I could’ve swallowed this, both the bathroom and the bedroom walls had mold (not recommendable for people with respiratory issues or children). I was put in another room, where it was better but not none. Additionally, one of the stools in my room was broken and clearly propped up to the wall to hide the fact it was missing 1/4 feet. All in all I would say it’s a solid hotel but the facilities do not reflect the prize.
