The staff are absolutely exceptional – a special thank you to Mike the concierge and the kind gentleman at the door, both of whom went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout the stay. Every team member greeted us with a smile, making us feel right at home. The location is perfect – central, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. And the hotel itself is stunning: elegant, stylish, and filled with beautiful details that reflect the charm of Rome.
