Location is an absolute top, almost impossible to beat. Rooms were clean, AC was working well, TV and other amenities were also just as described. Linens and sheets were really clean and not dated. Towels were changed daily, which was a nice surprise for an apartment.

- Communication with the owner / manager was somewhat difficult. They wrote on booking.com chat, but when I tried to reach them there - they never replied. They likely have some automation pinging people for details of their trip, but then probably no one reads this. I was a bit more successful using WhatsApp, but even here I had to wait quite a bit for responses, and sometimes they never came. - This is an old building, so like others mentioned the staircase is very dated and used, if not a bit scary. What was a bit more difficult to stand was the smell from the water drain. It wasn't very intense, but sustained over our 4 nights stay. - Room already bears some marks of age. Door frames, doors itself could be replaced, but the absolute worst was the silicone sealant around the shower tray - mold has already made it its home. It begs to be replaced.

Excelente ubicación y muy cómodo, pese a estar en una zona con mucho movimiento no tuvimos problemas de ruidos. El desayuno incluido en el bistrot de al lado era muy completo y rico.

La única pega es que no tiene ascensor

Breakfast at trattoria across street. Great options. Lively street with shopping and places to eat. Historic center. Easy to walk some sites. Others were farther away.

L’emplacement était idéal pour visiter Rome à pied. Tout est à proximité. Les adresses fournis par l’hôte sont un +.

La propreté des lieux laisse clairement à désirer… beaucoup de poussière sur le sol, les tables, le mobilier, la salle de bain. Un coup de balai par jour est aussi un minimum. Beaucoup de choses sont mal fixées (toilette de travers, barre de serviette de travers, …)
