Absolute Top-Lage, mitten im Zentrum. Alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolles Frühstück!
Obwohl die Fenster neu und gut isoliert sind, ist es aufgrund der tollen Lage etwas laut. Das Badezimmer ist zu schwach beleuchtet. Sollte heller sein. Die Halter für WC-Rolle und Tücher wackeln.

Otel Navona meydanına ve simge yapılara çok yakın. Genel olarak temizdi. Apartman girişindeki kafe ile anlaşmalı olarak kahvaltımız verildi. Kahvaltıda 1 içecek ve bir yiyecek şekilde özgür bırakıldık. Güzel bir kahvaltı deneyimi yaşadık.
8 kişilik bir gruptuk. 2 daire rezerve ettik. Dairelere giriş konusunda önceden bilgilendirilmedik. En az 2-3 saat yağmurun altında otele girmeye çalıştık. Mesaj attık, aradık ama geri dönüş olmadı. Çok sonradan parça parça mesajlarla yönlendirme yaptı. Çok zorlandık. Check in saatini bildirmemize ve önceden iletişim kurmamıza rağmen işletme sahibi zahmet edip gelmedi bile. Dairenin birinin apartman giriş kapısı açılmıyordu. Her giriş çıkışta dışarıdan birilerinin yardımıyla içeri girebildik. Kahvaltı ve SPA konusunda da bilgilendirilmedik. Konaklamamız bitmek üzereyken ancak bilgilendirildik. SPA şehrin dışında. Ayrıca tek bir odaya tek seferlik 1 şişe şarap konuldu. Diğer odaya konulmadı. Durumu bildirmemize rağmen işletme sahibi telafi etmedi, özür bile dilemedi. Aksine tehditkâr konuştu. Görevli veya işletme sahibi çok duyarsız ve kabaydı. Kendilerine tavsiyemiz önceden hazırladıkları bir PDF dosyası ile dairenin konumunu, apartman giriş yöntemini ve daireye dair şifreleri ve ayrıntılı bilgilendirmeleri yapmaları... Her eleştiri bir altındır. Kıymetini bilene...
