We loved this hotel! It was recommended to us by a friend and it exceeded our expectations. The staff was professional and friendly. The room was "GORGEOUS", spacious, high ceiling, with this "medieval+modern" flair. The A/C was wonderful and kept the room with perfect temperature (while outside was 104F!!). We had a delicious breakfast at this charming exquisite place called "Molly's Garden" nearby; at night the neighborhood is vibrant and lots of great cozy restaurants a few steps away (affordable; good pharmacies too if you want to buy European beauty goods excellent price. We walked/bus/subway everywhere from the hotel (Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Vatican, Trastevere, Colosseum, etc). We will be back to this hotel!
nothing! I miss Rome already!

We had a fabulous junior room suite that was decorated so lovely. Bathroom was great, bed comfortable and location was perfect for Piazza Navona and restaurants They also held our luggage after check out while we did some tourist spots
Pillows were a bit too soft and flat for my liking

Having a lounge room area separate from the bedroom was a game changer! The entire space was impeccably clean and coffee, tea and water were replaced daily. Great location - walking distance to the Colosseum and super close to lots of beautiful eateries.
Nothing!

The location is 5*++++
The lift was broken and we were on the 3rd floor with a narrow winding uneven staircase. We also came back one evening to find our hotel room door WIDE OPEN!!! The cleaner had not closed the door … We checked out at 7:45 and no one was at the desk.
