This is the best hotel I have ever been to! The staff was really nice, attentive and caring, especially Yasmina and Denisa. The room was huge, beautiful and and well equipped. The amenities ranged from comfortable bathrobes to high quality toiletries. The location was unparalleled- at the city center, close to many attractions and yet quiet. The breakfast, which was served to the room every morning at a time of our choice, was good as well. We will definitely come back

The location is really good. The bed and linens are phenomenal! Staff was polite and really on it.

Location and nice staff
Not much to complain about. The room was large but outdated. You can hear everything in the courtyard from the windows.

location, staff and room size
everything else. no response to emails, lights suddenly not working. easy to have delicate towels ripped, safe busted, horrible breakfast in contracted nearby restaurant, no tissue box in the room even when i asked for one. i loved this hotel in my previous visits so i was very disappointed
