Location, hotel room, staff and breakfast options.
The aircon in the city view room struggled in the heat wave. The bathroom is too small, as a suggestion part of the walk-in cupboard could be used to make the bathroom bigger.

Location was perfect 10/ 20 min walk from all major sites Staff were exceptional from Claudio on reception, Verly at Breakfast particularly helpful & engaging nothing was too much trouble ..cleaning by stefania & Jennifer was spotless over a 3 night stay would highly recommend & hopefully will return

Location, modern facilities notwithstanding the period/vintage setting. Staff were incredibly friendly, especially Veverly and Claudio.
Bathroom in the City View room could have been bigger, similar to the bathroom in the Romantic room.
