The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Although did not need to request any help during my stay, but I felt that I could at any time and I would be promptly helped. The location was perfect for us: just a short walk from the pantheon and so many other places, allowing us the ease of being a tourist during the day and having a private place away from all the bustle at night.
The shower leaked quite a bit, but certainly nothing to deter me from staying here again!
