Great guy at the reception. Very nice decor in great location.
Room was relatively clean but needed some maintenance ... holes in the wall, stains on curtains and in shower, loose moulding in bedroom, etc. Only there for 2 days but shower flooded and could not be used. Second attempt to try it resulted in having to scavenge for extra towels to mop up the floor so water didn't leak downstairs at 1:00 in the morning. Left a note and hopefully they have fixed this.

Great location near wonderful restaurants and within walking distance to many of Rome's historic locations.
Small elevator and somewhat difficult to navigate the stairs.

The location was key. It was easy to get around town.
The staff was not the nicest and difficult to deal with. The rooms were very cramped but, it is Europe. Locating the place was not easy.
