I really loved the design of my room. Location is perfect for those who adore piazza Navona (5 min walk), Campo de Fiori (3 min), Trastevere (7) min. I complained about some noise from the street (although when you live in the city centre it’s rather strange to complain about the noise:) and administrator Sergey relocated me to another room and it was much quieter! Sergey is very welcoming, friendly and always ready to help!

The location was great, close to many touristic places. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom was clean and we had hot water.
The king bed were two twin beds and was a bit uncomfortable the line in the middle, and the shower a bit small. but that’s it.

My first room at The Spanish Steps ( 2nd floor room 4) was at the back of the building exposed to a lot of noise of all kind of external machinery.
I was moved another room. Much better.
Once in my new room in Via della Pieta, no complains. It was great!

The location was amazing! Also loved how staff were very nice and helpful
The noise was constant, from upstairs and the corridor and outside the window too. There was workers doing some work right outside our room door at 6am which isn’t very reasonable.
Also there was constant sewage smell coming out the toilet and the beddings weren’t clean.
Further more there’s no coffee machine or even a kettle.
The lift was faulty, instead of taking me to 1st or 0 floor it’ll take me all the way to 5th floor then back down
