Excellent location near the Duomo cathedral. I must mention the excellent service provided by the receptionist Thomás, who was very polite and helpful and did his best to accommodate me and my family in connecting rooms! An excellent employee who deserves my respect...

This hotel is located perfectly in the certain of Rome. Most of the attractions are a short walk away and the design of it is beautiful. A lot is untouched and you can tell a lot of care has been put into the place. I especially liked the receptionist TITO, who was extremely helpful, informative and kind.
We travelled with a 3 month old and I did not agree with some things. Firstly, a cot is a charge of 20 euros a night which I think is extremely high. It should either be free or a fixed price for the whole stay. The cot has already been purchased by the hotel, so I do not understand the charge for something that is clearly needed.
My second gripe is that we had phoned the hotel a few weeks prior to ask if we could use the microwave in the hotels restaurant to help sterilize our baby bottles. This was an important factor to help choose a hotel and make the stay more efficient. The person on the phone told us it would not be a problem. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told is was not possible.

Good location
Not worth it for the price. Very bad amenities and service. There are not even phones in the room to call the reception. Night staff and day staff are not coordinated. Not clean
