This was a return visit for us. The location, cleanliness, breakfast and especially the staff (Elena and Monica on site) are all top notch!! They also have access to private car/drive service to the airport. The driver was 10 minutes early this morning to pick us up.

I searched for “excellent breakfast” and came across this lovely BnB. We woke up to the smell of coffee down the hall and then came our ordered breakfast on cart to be enjoyed in front of the bustling city of Rome. After our 15 day journey through Europe, and rating 5 hotel stays; this was our favorite breakfast and most awesome stay. This is in the heart of the city and yet with the windows closed it seemed a distant dream; very impressed with the quality of the balcony doors for sound proofing. Ms Monica was especially wonderful (I hope I got her name right) and the owners arranged pickup at the airport; that again was fantastic. Thank you!
It’s is best for a short stay with limited closet space. We had an excessive amount of luggage from a cruise and the elevator was not working (ugh). But they do offer luggage storage. But we loved it!
